The Easiest Cake to make in an hour :)
Mix 2 cups of flour - 500g + 2 flat teaspoons of soda + 1 flat teaspoon of baking powder in one bowl.
2 large eggs + 3 big spoons of sugar - beat with a mixer until the egg yolks become pale.
After beating, add 330g of thick natural yoghurt, e.g., Greek yoghurt, 100ml of oil, and 4 tablespoons of lemon juice and beat with a mixer once again.
Combine dry and wet ingredients for the batter, mixing them with a big spoon.
Line a 24x28cm baking tray with parchment paper and grease it with butter.
Pour what is ready into the tray, smooth it out, dust lightly with flour, and place frozen cherries, plums, or berries on top.
Please put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius on the middle shelf for 45 minutes.
