To buy: cauliflower, olive oil, garlic, cayenne, cumin, paprika powder
Ingredients:
1 cauliflower - about 1 kg
2 young carrots - about 60 g - can be skipped
4 cloves of garlic - can be skipped
Olive oil
spices: a teaspoon of sweet paprika, half a teaspoon of salt, and a flat 1/3 teaspoon of pepper, cayenne, and cumin.
In a small bowl, mix all the spices (more olive oil may be needed), wash vegetables with cold water, divide the cauliflower and carrots into small pieces and mix vegetables in it. Put in the oven at 30min / 200 degrees Celsius.
