Rice Noodles with some ingredients are the perfect match. tasty, healthy, quick and gluten-free.

Rice noodles: Add boiling water and wait 10 minutes. In the meantime, prepare your ingredients to mix with it. Want it hot? Put it on the pan, and that's it!

For example, I have at home the following ingredients: Olive oil, onion, garlic, basil, oregano, cayenne pepper, sesame oil, frozen berries, beets, feta cheese, sundried tomatoes, capers, spinach, olives, hot peppers, tuna—here’s a list of what I have; use any of them.

1. Rice Noodles with Feta, Spinach, and Sundried Tomatoes

Sauté garlic and onion in olive oil, add spinach and chopped sundried tomatoes, and combine with cooked rice noodles and crumbled feta. Season with basil and oregano.

2. Beetroot Salad with Feta and Capers

Cube-cooked beets, mix with crumbled feta, capers, olives, and sundried tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and add a pinch of cayenne pepper.

3. Rice Noodles with Tuna, Spinach, and Spicy Peppers

Sauté onion and garlic, add tuna and chopped peppers, then mix in spinach and rice noodles. Season with oregano and cayenne pepper.

4. Spinach and Beetroot Spread with Feta

Blend spinach with beets, garlic, olive oil, feta, basil, and oregano until smooth. Serve as a pasta sauce or a dip.

5. Rice Noodle “Risotto” with Spinach and Berries

Sauté garlic and onion, add rice noodles with a little broth. When noodles soften, add spinach and berries. Season with oregano and basil.

6. Wrap with Rice Noodles, Tuna, and Veggies

Fill a lettuce leaf or tortilla with rice noodles, spinach, feta, capers, olives, tuna, and spicy peppers. Drizzle with olive oil and add basil.

7. Salad with Sundried Tomatoes, Capers, and Feta

Mix spinach, chopped sundried tomatoes, capers, olives, and crumbled feta. Season with oregano, cayenne, and drizzle with olive oil.

8. Rice Noodles with Sesame Spinach and Berries

Sauté garlic and onion in sesame oil, add spinach and berries, then mix with rice noodles. Season with basil.

9. Beetroot Rice Noodles with Feta and Sundried Tomatoes

Blend beets with olive oil, garlic, and oregano. Toss with rice noodles, add crumbled feta, and chopped sundried tomatoes.

10. Rice Noodles with Capers, Olives, and Spicy Peppers

Sauté garlic, add capers, olives, and chopped peppers. Toss with rice noodles, seasoning with oregano and cayenne for an extra kick.

When I have got these ingredients: gouda cheese, pesto, cucumber, zucchini, pineapple, peach, Romanian salad, avocado, egg, pumpkin seeds, coconut milk.

1. Rice Noodle Zucchini and Pesto Bowl with Gouda

Cook the rice noodles, then toss with lightly sautéed zucchini, pesto, and grated Gouda. Top with pumpkin seeds for extra crunch.

2. Coconut-Avocado Noodle Smoothie Bowl

Blend coconut milk with avocado, peach, and a few frozen berries. Add a layer of rice noodles for texture, then top with cucumber slices, pumpkin seeds, and a drizzle of honey.

3. Grilled Peach and Rice Noodle Salad with Gouda

Grill peach slices, then toss with cooked rice noodles, Romanian lettuce, cucumber, shredded Gouda, and pumpkin seeds. Finish with a light vinaigrette.

4. Egg, Avocado, and Rice Noodle Lettuce Wrap

Mix cooked rice noodles with mashed avocado, hard-boiled egg, salt, and pepper. Add pumpkin seeds for crunch, then wrap the mixture in Romanian lettuce leaves.

5. Cucumber, Zucchini, and Pesto Rice Noodle Salad

Thinly slice cucumber and zucchini and combine with cooked rice noodles. Toss with a spoonful of pesto and top with Gouda shavings and pumpkin seeds.

6. Rice Noodle Bowl with Coconut-Pineapple Sauce

Blend coconut milk with pineapple, and pour over rice noodles. Add a handful of chopped greens (Romanian lettuce) for a tropical flavor.

7. Rice Noodles with Avocado, Cucumber, and Gouda

Toss rice noodles with mashed avocado, thinly sliced cucumber, and shredded Gouda. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds for a hearty lunch bowl.

8. Stuffed Avocado with Rice Noodles, Gouda, and Pesto

Fill halved avocado with cooked rice noodles, diced cucumber, Gouda, and pumpkin seeds. Drizzle with pesto dressing for extra flavour.

9. Rice Noodle and Zucchini Frittata

Combine beaten eggs with cooked rice noodles and zucchini slices, then sprinkle with Gouda. Cook in a skillet until set, for a cheesy, satisfying dish.

10. Sweet & Savory Rice Noodle Bowl with Pineapple and Pesto

Toss cooked rice noodles with chunks of pineapple and a spoonful of pesto. Sprinkle grated Gouda on top for a unique flavour combination.
