Follow these step-by-step directions to prepare a gluten-free meal for four people.
Ingredients:
300 grams of kale
250 grams of small tomatoes
3 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
1 teaspoon of dried basil
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Directions:
Wash the kale thoroughly and remove the tough stems. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Crush the garlic cloves and add them to the skillet. Sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
Add the kale to the skillet and stir well to coat it with the garlic-infused oil. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the kale starts to wilt.
Halve the small tomatoes and add them to the skillet. Stir gently to combine with the kale.
Sprinkle the dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper over the kale and tomatoes. Stir again to evenly distribute the herbs.
Cover the skillet and let the ingredients cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the kale is tender and the tomatoes have softened.
Remove the skillet from the heat and let it sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
