Baked Rice with Apples - Polish

To buy: 1.5 kilos of apples, 300g rice, cinnamon, sugar, butter
Preparation time: 1 hour. Rice baking time with apples: 25 minutes,
Number of servings: 22 x 30 cm - about 2100 g = 2,100 kilo
Rice cooking:
300 g of rice - about 1 and 1/4 cup
2 cups of milk or soy drink
1 glass of water
300 grams of rice is less than 1 and 1/4 cup of rice. If you only have rice bags, use three bags of rice (packed in 100 grams). You pour the rice from the bags into a pot of boiling milk.
Add 500 ml of milk and a glass of water. Cook the rice for about 15 minutes or a little longer, and stir.
5 minutes before the end of cooking, add a tablespoon of clarified butter or coconut oil. If necessary, add some milk at the end of cooking rice.
Apple's - Avoid damage and bruises. Thinly peel and cut them in half, cut out the seed nest.
Grate on tarts, you can also peel apples into the so-called "bite".
Place in a wider pot with a thick bottom. Set the burner power low and cook them covered for 15 minutes.
Check, mix apples and do not burn. Remove the cover and increase the burner power a little.
Add half a teaspoon of cinnamon and two tablespoons of sugar. Stir constantly with a wooden spoon to evaporate excess water. After about five minutes, you can turn off the burner and set the pot of apples aside
Baking:
- Ceramic vessel 22cm x 30 cm.
- Spread with butter
- Rice evenly on the bottom and leave a little has afterwards.
- For rice apples
- For apples again rice + some cinnamon.
Cut as it cools a little, pour yogurt or cream
